Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Referral procedure
Self or agency referrals. Phone or turn up at the door 24 hours a day. Require name, date of birth, information on current housing situation and support needs. Interview arranged if there is a suitable vacancy.

Support services
21 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Support worker system (3-4 residents per support worker). Regular compulsory meetings from weekly to fortnightly depending on level of support needs. Staff help with forms, applications and referrals to other agencies. Support in identifying and meeting complex needs.
Health services
An addiction recovery worker is based on site.
Access to move-on
Staff give advice on longer term move-on options, and help with applications and finding furniture. Referrals made for single and shared tenancies, supported accommodation and rehabilitation units.

House rules and tenure
Compulsory support meetings. No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking in own room only. Residents only allowed in own flats. Occupancy agreement.
Resident access
Curfew 12 midnight Sun-Thurs, 1am Fri and Sat.
Visitors
Between 10am-5pm and 6pm-9pm, not longer than 3 hours per day. No overnight guests.
User participation
Weekly flat meetings. Ongoing resident consultation in support meetings and service questionnaires.
